What you are buying

Turnover Packs: guest supplies sized to the bedrooms and bathrooms you tell us about, boxed one pack per turnover. What goes in each pack is listed on the What’s in a pack page at the time you order. We may change an item for an equivalent one if a supplier runs short; we will not change the count.

Prices

The price shown in the builder is the price at checkout. Shipping is included in every pack price at $2.50 per pack. Prices can change for future boxes; a box already scheduled keeps the price you were quoted. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Estimates

The builder, the Pack advisor and the calendar preview show estimates from what you tell us. What you are charged for is the box shown in your account under Scheduled boxes on the day it is packed.

When you are charged

One-time boxes are charged when you order. Subscription boxes are charged the day before they ship, when we pack them, to the card saved on your account. You can skip any box, free, until then. If a charge fails, we email you and the box waits until it is paid.

Subscriptions

Subscribe and get a free spare pack in every box of 4 or more. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time, with no fee and no notice period. Canceling stops future boxes; boxes already packed still ship and are still charged.

Minimum box

A box covers at least 4 turnovers. One-time boxes start at 4 turnovers.

On a subscription, when a month has fewer than 4 turnovers we bring the next month’s packs forward to fill the box. It ships in time for the first turnover it covers, and the whole box is charged when it ships.

If you would rather not take the next month’s packs early, you can ship the smaller box on its own for $9.95. If there are no later bookings to bring forward, you can add packs to reach 4, or ship the smaller box on its own for $9.95.

Short notice

A box ships 7 days before the first turnover it covers. A box needed sooner ships on its own; from 2 days out that costs $9.95 extra. Within 2 days we cannot promise it arrives in time.

Longer stays

If you choose The whole stay, we add only the items a stay of that length runs short of, never whole extra packs, and the price of that pack goes up by the price of those items. When boxes follow your bookings, each pack is sized to the booking it is for.

Changing what is in a box

You can change your rooms, pack and product line, and swap or add single items, for every box or for one stay. A change applies from the next box. A box already packed cannot be changed. The price of a box follows what is in it.

Homes rented in parts

If you rent parts of a home separately, each unit has its own pack and its own settings, and so does the whole home when it is rented as one. For nights when the whole home is booked, we pack for the whole home and not for its units.

Shipping

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from Orlando, Florida, to any address in the United States, timed to arrive by the date you chose. Boxes usually arrive two to four days after shipping. If a box is late or lost, tell us and we send a replacement at no cost.

Each property ships to its own address, to your delivery address, or to another address you give us, and a unit can have its own. A change of address applies from the next box; a box already packed keeps the address it had.

Returns and refunds

Return any unopened pack within 30 days for a refund of its price. We cannot take back opened items. Anything that arrives damaged we replace free. Tell us and, if you can, send a photo.

Founders Club

If you join a founding group, the rate you join on is saved to your account and cannot be raised for the length of your term. If we lower prices for new hosts during your term, you get the lower price.

Your guests

Nothing we sell is ever charged to your guests. You are the customer; the supplies are yours to put out.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for keeping your addresses and calendar link current.

If something goes wrong

If we make a mistake, we put it right at no cost to you: a replacement box, a refund, or both. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you.

Changes to these terms

The amounts on this page are read from our current settings, so this page shows the terms in force today. Every change is listed below with its date. A change does not apply to a box already packed.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. This is a draft for review by our lawyer before payments go live; if any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
