Privacy

We keep your account, orders and addresses. We never keep anything about your guests. Ask us to delete your data and we will. The full Privacy Policy has its own page.

Calendar data

Only check-in and check-out dates. We never change your calendar, never see guest names and never share anything. We delete it all when you unlink.

Shipping

Shipping is included: $2.50 per pack. Each box covers at least 4 turnovers. On a subscription, a quiet month’s box is filled with the next month’s packs and ships in time for the first turnover. Or ship it alone for $9.95. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Sample and Starter Packs ship free.

Returns

Return any unopened pack within 30 days for a refund. We can’t take back opened items. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it.

Subscriptions

Subscribe and get a free spare pack in every box of 4 or more. You pay the day before a box ships. Pause, skip or cancel in your account. No fees, no notice, no phone call.

Founders Club

Your founding rate is saved to your account and locked for your whole term. If we lower prices for new hosts, you get the lower price.

The terms you buy under, in full, are on the Terms of Sale page. They are a draft until our lawyer has reviewed them.

Your guests pay nothing

We never charge your guests. No fees, no deposits, no extras.
