Describe your home

Count the rooms guests use. You can change this later.

Full bathroomsAny bathroom with a shower or tub. Each gets a Bath Pack every turnover.

How long should each pack last?

You decide. Every guest uses supplies differently, so pick what suits your home. You can change it any time.

How many, and how often?

A turnover is the cleanup between guests. Each turnover gets one Turnover Pack: a Bath Pack for every bathroom, plus the Kitchen Pack if you chose it.

How should we count your packs?
A box holds at least 4 packs, one-time orders too. Shipping is included in the price, and a smaller box costs more to ship than it’s worth.

After you order

  1. Set up your home

    Add its name, address and delivery day, or link your booking calendar. It takes two minutes.

  2. Your first box ships

    It arrives before the day you picked. Shipping is included: $2.50 per pack.

  3. Change anything, anytime

    Change your home, switch lines, move a box or pause a month. All from your account.

Good to know

The simple rules.

  • Each box covers at least 4 turnovers. On a subscription, a quiet month’s box is filled with the next month’s packs and ships in time for the first turnover. Or ship it alone for $9.95.
  • Subscribe and get a free spare pack in every box of 4 or more. Bookings change. The spare has you covered.
  • Shipping is included in every pack. Sample and Starter Packs ship free.
  • You decide how long each pack lasts: a starter amount, or the whole stay. For the whole stay we add only what runs short, never whole extra packs.
  • We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, timed so your box arrives by your date.
  • You pay the day before a box ships. Never sooner.
