Each box covers at least 4 turnovers. On a subscription, a quiet month’s box is filled with the next month’s packs and ships in time for the first turnover. Or ship it alone for $9.95. A one-time box starts at 4 packs.

Yes. The $10 Sample Pack has one of everything from both lines. Shipping is free. New listing? The Starter Pack covers your first 10 turnovers.

The Bath Pack price times your bathrooms, plus the Kitchen Pack for your size, plus $2.50 shipping per pack. The builder and checkout use the same numbers.

Yes, in one click. You only pay when we pack a box, so a paused month costs nothing.

Yes. Change bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen or line anytime. Your next box follows.

Only check-in and check-out dates, checked twice a day. Never names, messages or contact info. We can’t change your calendar, and we delete everything when you unlink it.

We bring the next month’s packs forward to fill the box, so it still ships in time for your first turnover. Each pack is labeled with its date. Would rather not take them early? Press Ship it on its own in your account. It costs $9.95.

The day before each box ships, when we pack it. Never sooner, and never for a paused month. We email you three days before with the exact date.

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, timed so your box arrives by your date.

You decide, for each home. A starter amount is one of each item every turnover, at the lowest price. The whole stay adds only the items a longer booking runs short of, like a second body wash, never whole extra packs. You see the extras and their price before you buy, and you can switch any time.

No. Choose Just this once in the builder and you get one box, no subscription. Subscribing adds the free spare pack and boxes that come on their own.
