What we keep, and what we never keep.

Who we are

Turnover Packs, Orlando, Florida. We sell guest supplies to short-term-rental hosts. This policy covers turnoverpacks.com and your account there.

What we collect

Your account: name, email, password (stored hashed), and the addresses you give us for billing and delivery.

Your homes: the name you give each property and each unit in it, its address, bedrooms and bathrooms, the packs and items you choose, and any photo you upload. Photos are private to you.

Delivery addresses: where each property’s or unit’s boxes go. If you give us someone else’s address, such as your cleaner’s, we use it only to ship your boxes there.

Your orders: what you bought, when, what it cost, where it shipped and its tracking number. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store a full card number.

Your booking calendar, if you link one: the calendar link you give us, and from it the check-in and check-out dates and the calendar’s own reference code for each booking. We read the link about twice a day. We do not store guest names, messages, phone numbers or anything in the booking description, and we cannot write to your calendar.

What you do in your account: a record of changes, such as a skipped box or a new address, with the date, so we can sort out a problem if one comes up.

Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.

Hosting tips by email: your email address, if you sign up for them. Every one of those emails lets you stop them.

Site use: we do not run visitor analytics on this site.

Before you have an account

The pack builder remembers your choices in your own browser, on your device, so you don’t lose them. The Pack advisor works the same way: your answers stay on your device and are not sent to us.

If you paste a calendar link into the builder to preview your bookings, we read its dates once to draw the preview and store nothing. To stop misuse we keep a count of tries against your network address for about a minute.

Why we collect it

To size your packs, ship your boxes, charge you the day before each box ships, email you before a box goes out, and answer you when you write. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us deliver: our payment provider (to charge your card), our shipping carrier and label service (name, address, tracking), our email service (to send you order and box notices), and our web host. Each sees only what it needs. Nobody sees your guests’ dates but us.

How long we keep it

Your account, its activity record and your orders for as long as you have an account, plus what tax law requires us to keep for orders. Calendar dates are deleted the moment you unlink the calendar. Uploaded photos are deleted when you remove them or the home or unit they belong to.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account at any time. Email privacy@turnoverpacks.com to ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We will do it within 30 days, except records the law makes us keep.

Cookies and browser storage

A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in and a cart cookie remembers your cart. Your builder choices are kept in your browser’s own storage on your device. You can clear all of these in your browser.

Children

Our site is for adults running rentals. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes

Every change to this policy is listed below with its date. For anything that matters, we also email account holders.
